There are two parts to the registration process. The first is event registration form. In this section, we will collect your contact information as well as get an idea of how many people will be attending each event in order to plan accordingly. The second is a personal COVID-19 screening form designed for your own personal benefit. At the end we list recommendations for providing a safe environment for everyone.
